Our History

The beginnings of High- Tech Machine and Tool, Inc was started by our president Charlie Ballou, already a machinist, back in 1966 and joined by younger brother Bill Ballou in 1968 after he graduated from the General Electric Aprentice program. Their grandfather was a millwright, their father and older brother both being machinist, it was destiny that they would follow in their footsteps. This long history in the metalworking trades has given them both unique capabilities with uncommon creativity and understanding on how to solve problems and produce high quality machined goods.
