What We Do
At High- Tech Machine and Tool, Inc, we specialize in prototypes, fixtures, tooling and short run production. Our manufacturing capabilities span a broad range of products and industries, including but not limited to Areospace, Chemical, Medical, Telecommunications, Electronics and Industrial Processing Equipment.
Our Capabilities
We have a wide range of in house capabilities which include Milling, Turning, Surface Grinding and Welding. With our long standing vendor network we also offer a host of specialized services including Centerless Grinding, Blanchard Grinding, Waterjet Cutting, Plasma cutting, Laser Welding, Wire EDM, Anodizing, Plating, Thread Rolling and much more. We work in most materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, tool steels, brass, copper and plastics.
In addition to our in house machining capabilities, we can design and build from the ground up, small to medium sized tooling, fixtures or process equipment to suit your needs. We use the latest version of Solidworks and have been a user of MasterCam for over 25 years.
